Movado, Series 800, Men's Watch, Stainless Steel Black PVD Coated Case, Leather Calf Skin Strap, Swiss Quartz (Battery-Powered), 2600118 While this does not have a multitude of functions such as day-of-the-week or chronograph, it's sleek design really stands for itself. The clasp on the band is so unique... and the way the tail-end of the strap goes inside the band when closed allows the clasp/closure to provide a really clean and finished look. Also, not too many watches with leather bands can get away with the small perforations in the leather. The next best one I can think of in this range is the black Tissot V8 Sport (which is not a GMT but a chronograph and the 3 small perforations are offset instead of straight across the band)... A higher end example of this (and with different perforations) would be the Chopard Mille Miglia Chronograph (Over $5000 USD) and yet more desirable examples would include some TAG Heuer models. If you really love absolutely HUGE watches, this one might not be for you. The watch face is a perfectly normal and acceptable size... but the strap is slimmer than any metal band would be. In other words, if you are a guy who also loves large watches with large metal 'bracelets' instead of leather bands, you may not be too impressed by the slim leather band on this one (even though it's well designed and does indeed suit the watch)... The GMT function is always great, especially if you like keeping track of the time in some other region. It's also a fun feature simply having the cities listed attractively around the dial. This I believe is my second GMT watch. It would've been my third if I had snatched up that Longines Master Automatic GMT a while back (basically the L2.631.4.51.6 model) but I got hooked on the Master Retrograde instead (the L2.738.4.51.6 model)... I've learned a few things about Movado owning this watch. I wont get into what those things are, it's nice to discover things for yourself. Let's just say the watch is top quality. The MSRP on this watch is listed some places as $1695 USD. Usually you can get discounts if you search around. (i.e. a shop which starts with 'Joma' usually sells these kinds of things at around 50-58% off MSRP... so, happy hunting. I'm extremely pleased with it because I wanted a not-so-average or plain Movado watch, unlike the ones with ONLY the trademark Movado dot; no decoration, no hour markers, etc... If you like it in the pictures and don't mind any possible negatives mentioned above, I'd recommend buying it.
