• Nov 22, 2023 Rewatching them all and this is the first I've watched just for the second time so thought I'd start here. This opens amazingly. The first few episodes of mystery and murder and actual horror and suspense are great. Then it becomes less about that and more about boring political movements and powerplays. It's an interesting topic, but not written well. They should have stuck to the horror. The last 3rd of the season or more is a slog. Of course, this was Evan Peters' big acting showcase before Dharmer, and he does an incredible job playing multiple roles to perfection. But he's really the only highlight of the season. Paulson is at her peak irritation levels, and the season really misses the likes of Cathy Bates and Dennis O Here and the watchability they bring with their performances. Not bad, but definitely the weakest of the seasons until this point.
  
• Nov 20, 2023 Although you cannot fault Evan and Sarah, the storyline didn't resonate, it feels very focused on a political point in time and feels out of place in the anthology as it doesn't age well.
  
• Nov 02, 2023 Intriguing and strangely relevant storyline; I was with it right up until the very end when I thought it got to be a little bit TOO twisty. Still, well-acted, mysterious, weird and psychospookysexual fun to be be had.
  
• Oct 17, 2023 Easily the worst season of this entire run. Nothing remotely scary, I'm also Canadian and not right wing leaning at all, but the whole political anti woman, white man bad logic is so played out and I'd rather my escapism not include personal political choices by the showrunners/creators/writers, I watch these shows to get away from the reality of how fucked U.S. politics are.

• Jul 12, 2023 Not the best season but it was a pretty good season of AHS. I really enjoyed it. There's flaws and I prefer my AHS to have some supernatural elements but I'm still fine with this season. Evan Peters sold on his performance 100%!!
  
• Mar 18, 2023 Creepy and intriguing, AHS - Cult brings back the fear of living in an unsafe neighborhood where everyone is out to get you! Better keep your doors and windows locked for this one guys - the killer is just outside!
