In order to utilize multiple monitors with a Citrix VDI desktop, follow these steps: Show Launch the Citrix remote Desktop  Position the VDI Desktop so 1/2 of the screen is on each of the 2 available monitors Locate and extend the toolbar tab from the top of the screen in the remote desktop session. Extend the black tab from the top of the screen in the remote desktop session and click “Full Screen” You can now drag the contents across two monitors. Have a wonderful remote working.

The easiest way to get span the Citrix Workspace App over all of the monitors is first to have the Citrix Workspace App running in window mode, so not full screen on one screen. Then you enlarge that window, so it spans the other monitors. You can first try the two external monitors. If you enlarge the window, you need to make sure it covers at least half of the screens you want it full screen on. Then maximize the Citrix Workspace App again. The easiest way is by clicking the Full-Screen button in the Citrix Workspace App toolbar on the top. It should now run full screen on multiple monitors.
