Launch the IJ Printer UtilityMake sure your
printer is turn ON. In the Apple® menu on your computer, select System Preferences. Depending on your version of Mac OS X®, select one of the following: Print & Scan. Printers & Scanners. Print & Fax.
Navigate to the printer utility for your operating system: For OS 10.5.8: Select your printer from
the list > Open Print Queue.... > Select Utility when a list of print jobs displays. For OS 10.6 through 10.9: Select the Utility tab > Open Printer Utility. For OS 10.10 through 10.15: Select your printer from the list, then select Options & Supplies.
