Today I'm going to be talking about the Benton Snail Bee High Content Essence! I bought this recently because I had tried a sample sachet previously and really liked it, however with the full size bottle I'm not so sure I feel the same way! This healthy skin cells would result into softer, smoother skin texture and brighter complexion. This also perfectly soothes irritated skin as it contains antibacterial herbal extracts that prevents the skin from getting damaged. Snail Secretion Filtrate, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Glycerin, Arbutin, Butylene Glycol, rh-Oligopeptide-1, Bee Venom, Plantago Asiatica Extract, Laminaria Digitata Extract, Diospyros Kaki Leaf Extract, Salix Alba (Willow) Bark Extract, Ulmus Campestris (Elm) Extract, Bacillus ferment, Azelaic Acid, Althaea Rosea Flower Extract, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract, Deta-Glucan, Betaine, Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl-Arcylate Cross Polymer, Adenosine, Panthenol, Allantoin, Zanthoxylum Piperitum Fruit Extract, Pulsatilla Koreana Extract, Arginine"  This essence is only 60ml in size which is on the smaller side, but it's not too small. It has plastic packaging and a pump nozzle which enthusiastically pumps the product out. The ingredients list includes some great ingredients like Snail Secretion, Aloe, Arbutin, Bee Venom, Azelaic Acid and Willow Bark Extract. The essence itself is clear in colour and has no scent. It's easy to spread out and absorbs quickly leaving no excess residue. I do need to use 3 pumps for best results, so I do go through this quite quickly! In terms of short term results I see a feel some light hydration which is nice. Long term, this is supposed to help me develop healthier skin cells which result in softer, smoother skin. I have finished the entire bottle of this essence and I don't think that my skin looks or feels softer and smoother. What I Love - Nice, functional packaging - Easy to apply - Absorbs quickly - Provides light hydration What I Don't Love - Moderately inexpensive at $20USD for 60g - Doesn't provide amazing results Final Thoughts The first time I tried a sample of this essence it gave me beautiful, glowy skin. Throughout the use of this bottle I didn't really see that effect which was quite disappointing, thought it could also be due to the combination of other products I was using previously that were already making my skin look super pretty (like the I'm From Ginseng Serum!). This Essence had no negative effects on my skin and did provide some hydration so it's not all bad. The ingredients list is great and should theoretically give me great skincare results, but I just feel like I could get the same effect from a hydrating toner or most snail based products that have a much cheaper price tag. I would recommend the Benton Snail Bee High Content Essence to any Princesses wanting to try out a product with both Snail Slime and Bee Venom! As someone who's been using the BENTON Snail Bee High Content Essence for a long time, I can confidently say that it's one of the best skincare products out there. This essence has truly transformed my skin, and I can't imagine my routine without it. One of the things I love most about this essence is how hydrating it is. It sinks into my skin quickly, leaving it feeling plump and moisturized all day long. I also find that it helps to balance out any oiliness I have, without leaving me feeling greasy or shiny. But what really sets this essence apart from others I've tried is how effective it is at addressing blemishes and dark spots. Over time, I've noticed a significant improvement in the overall tone and texture of my skin. Any blemishes I have heal faster, and my dark spots have gradually faded away. I also appreciate that this essence doesn't cause any breakouts or irritation, which is a huge plus. Compared to other popular essences, like the COSRX one, I find that the BENTON Snail Bee High Content Essence works even better for my skin. It's just the right balance of hydrating and clarifying, and it seems to really target the specific concerns of acne-prone and dehydrated skin. While I don't think English was their first language, they were very prompt and courteous in their replies to me. Initially when I ordered, they emailed me to say the product was out of stock and that they were very sorry and would refund the amount, I said OK and moved on with my life. Then, they emailed me again, just a day or so later and said the product was back in stock, and that they were shipping it with a few free samples. I was happy enough about that, but the arrival date was around...a month off. It got here in under a week. So, again. Props to customer service (miss go) Okay, onto the product itself. I can't use moisturizer. My skin hates oils and non-oils alike. There have been....very few things I can put on my face and have it not rebel. So I heard about Snail essence, and shrugged and said why not. It's not an oil..it's not even..not a not-oil. It's...mucus. My skin loves this stuff. It's soft, I have 0 new zits and my old ones are very much reduced. I havent seen anyone mention there being any acne fighting properties to this stuff...but on christmas eve, I piled on bb cream over a completely unwashed face (but with a bit of Benton) and spent the next 16 hours driving after not sleeping for 24 hours and visiting family and just in general not washing my face and being a bit oily and worn down. No zits. I have no idea how it happened, the only explanation I can give is Benton SnailBee. Old scars also look a bit better (and ive only been using it for a couple days) and my color is a bit more even. (I also love it has no scent, I really am not a huge fan of scented things) The only warning I can give is...do not accidentally lick it. Snail Secretion – that oozy, slimy discharge that marks the trail of the slow forward movement of the snail. Could it really plump up and hydrate the face, boost collagen, ease wrinkles, improve skin texture, and all the other things we want to see a skincare product produce? I bought into the hype and purchased a bottle of snail slime. It is definitely not worth the hype. It MAY have offered some skin-hydrating benefits. But off the top of my head, I can think of a handful of products, within the same price range, that do it better. Collagen building? I noticed nothing of the sort. Improved skin texture? Not really. What I really noticed was nothing at all. It wasn't a pleasure to incorporate into my skincare routine because I saw no benefits from using it.
