This is a terrible and dodgy broker avoid them at all cost if you value your money,so this is how it all started i opened up a brokerage account and funded my account first with a $100 after that I set out to trade but my account was disabled and they said I needed a minimum of $500 I funded that and then started trading note for every profit or loss you make on any trade this broker charges you a $4.00 commission regardless of how much profit you make. Imagine getting charged a $4.00 commission for a $10.00 profit and again thier platform is so buggy and look like a script written by novice programmer it's lags and makes you lose on trade you have been making profits on before you even get to opt out. When I had enough of thier stress I decided to withdraw my money and ever since it has been one email to the other and a roller coaster ride and now it seems like they don't want to give me my money even after sending all the paper work they requested. They said it was after one business day and now is the 3rd day and still haven't heard any updates or anything regarding my money. I have all the screenshot from my account and all payment I made to this dodggy broker that claims to be a legitimate company for further legal action. It'become one too many

Frozen Oil Quote & They Blamed My Internet

I was trading commodity USOIL on Friday and the ticker suddenly froze for no reason, all the other tickers were moving and when I contacted support & not only was the agent rude and very untrained, he said it was my internet and no one else complained even though I sent a video screen recording showing everything else moving, I lost a lot of money that day and even the position I closed at the frozen price, they're refusing to recheck for it's correct price. They advertise almost no spread for Advantage account with fees but give you 2pip spread and blame it on external quote. I am moving to XTB, and if you're serious about trading and making money without headache I'll advice you to leave this platform.

Easy deposit , hard withdraw - Simple depositar , dificil retirar

Very easy to deposit money but very difficult to withdraw it. They create a thousand problems by asking for all types of documents and this is very distressing. They may also say that it is for security but after they have verified the legitimacy of the person depositing, why stress ourselves by almost making ourselves believe that we are in the middle of a scam? I tried with a micro account to test the platform and after all the stress they caused me I will no longer deposit.

Withdrawl experience

I had to withdraw part of my money, and I had difficulties with the procedure. The account manager, Najib Atallah made exceptional efforts to help me out. He understood my situation, articulated to me why there is difficulty from FXTM's side, and listed to me the various options I have. Then worked with me and the Backoffice relentlessy to get things resolved. I believe he is a great example of account manager that do care about customers and make them happy while at the same time, keep the company's procedures adhered.

Just a Little Thing

FXTM has been fairly good so far with my experience with them. I only have one challenge with them which is minor though. Login in into my client area will always require I change my password every time even if I enter a correct password, their porta will still return me to the login page. quite frustrating experience. saving my password somewhere has always been a wasteful effort

fxtm wait long for payment verify

mt4: 141145240 my account id verifed about 15/16 dasy ago. after i deposited & uploaded payment method document about 15 dasy ago. still they not approved my payment system for this i cannot withdrawal my fund daily i contact with live chat manager they daily gave just an asnwer as soom as possible . earlist will verify . I have made a priority request on your behalf and your account will be updated as soon as possible but they not verifed. i dont know why they try to scam with me
