Hi, so I recently reset my pc deleting all the files but after restart and downloading serato ive come to realise the app won’t open. It loads up goes grey on loading and closes automatically. The same for SERATO lite, it’s so annoying. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled a thousand times and downloaded older version but still to no avail. If anyone could point me in a direction to try sort it out it would be greatly appreciated. Show Btw I’ve unplugged everything and it still won’t open. I only see online people talking about analysing your folders but I don’t even get that far to do that Thanks in advance Why is my Serato not playing?Try closing other applications running at the same time as Serato DJ Lite. Why is Serato DJ Pro not opening?Have no corrupt files in your database. Have no firewalls or Anti-virus software active that could be restricting Serato software from running. Have the most up to date operating system updates. Remove any conflicting USB devices or drivers.
Why is Serato failing to connect audio?The message [Error: Failed to connect audio!!] is shown, or the virtual deck disappears immediately on the Serato DJ Pro screen. The installation of the driver software may be incomplete or the connection may be causing a problem. 1. Close Serato DJ Pro and disconnect the DDJ-REV7 from your computer.
Why does Serato not recognize hardware?To run Serato software on your computer, you will need to make sure you have the correct drivers installed in order for the hardware to be recognised. If you do not have these installed you are likely to receive the "hardware disconnected" or "install driver" messages.
