New changed formula is watery thin
I’ve used St Ives Collagen Elastin lotion for years but this “New” formula is so runny it won’t even stay on my hand long enough to rub in. It’s unusable. It’s too bad they ruined a good thing. After all these years I’m going to have to look for a different brand.

Delivers what it claimed
I have a very dry skin & I love how it makes my skin hydrates, glow, feeling/smelling fresh, 100 percent natural and non sticky. I have been using St. Ives Revitalizing for almost a year now and will never go without it

Only sense is smell
I purchased a 21 ounce bottle of St. Ives Intense Healing Cranberry & Grapeseed oil lotion from Walmart. With the wintery wind, and excessive hand washing, my skin really needs the healing. I have been using this lotion four to five times per day though, and I have not seen much improvement in my very dry hands. The only sense in buying this product is for the light scent that it has.

I have used your product skin renewing for six years now and have been satisfied up to this point but now it seems your product has been watered down Why did you change it, it was perfect I'll be looking for another lotion if it stays this way PLEASE change it back

Why did you decide to reformulated your best product?
Your 24 hr deep restoring lotion was perfect! It was always sold out & hard to find but worth it. Now it's watery and ineffective. Time to start trying different brands again. I don't understand companies that "improve" products that don't need improving leaving loyal customers out in the cold so to speak. Coca cola learned their lesson. Please take a page out of their book and change it back!!!!

Why oh why did you mess with such a good product??
I've used the body lotions for years, switching from Vasaline intensive care. Now you changed the formula from a rich moisturizing lotion to a runny thin fruit or veggie based product. I've tried the cranberry infused , the oatmeal based one & avocado. None of them work at moisturizing any more. Its like putting on water it is so thin. Plus the smell of the cranberry & oatmeal ones are bad. I could smell the stale smell of the oatmeal one the whole day it was aweful so I haven't used it again. It's not even winter yet in Minnesota and my skin...
Read more is dry using this product. I'll have to find something else that actually works now. I will be checking the shelf at my store to see if you come to your senses and change back to something that works.

Watery
I've been using these products forever. They've done something to their formula because now they are more water than lotion. I used to get this at the $1 store then they discontinued it and now it's expensive. Just another company out the screw over the consumer.

Why did you stop making your best product?
I have been using your Naturally Soothing, non greasy lotion for years. It was the perfect lotion. Now you no longer make it, and the closest substitute is greasy and thin. I guess I will find a new lotion company.

New to St. Ives
I have been using the same lotion for years! My grandma had a coupon for St. Ives Body Lotion - Buy one get one and she gave it to me and I decided to use it. I love it! I wish it was a little cheaper but it's worth the extra cost to me to use it. I won't be going back to the old stuff. I love that this lotion isn't greasy and is absorbed quickly and I can really feel the difference in problem areas.

Not Like the Change
I have been using St. Ives for 15 or more years. I do not like that they are constantly changing the formulas. This time I can't find one that will work. I have been using the renewing formula and the change is not good me. Very disappointed! I guess that I will have to begin to experiment with other brands to find a new lotion that will work for me. My husband uses it too and he has complained to me that I have purchased the wrong lotion.
Changed the brand - just doesn't work correctly anymore

St Ives Body Lotion Products Review
The ingredients in the body lotion products are very good and reliable, new packaging is great but unfortunately not easy to get from the phamacies or stores around glen waverley, victoria, australia. I have been searching around the area and called up the pharmacies but most of them do not carry st ives products. I am keen to get the - intensive healing body lotion (cranberry seed & grape seed oil).
Please advise where is the actual place to get the st ives products.

The best Body Lotion
I have been using this cream for more than 10 years and I can not find any other cream that can compete with
Ives. I use to buy it in Tesco but no longer find it. I am very glad to find this place where I can buy the best body lotion cream ever.
Is not sticky like the rest of creams. And you can see how your skin improve in just a few uses.

Cheap and cheerful body lotion with no skin allergies!
I quite like this body lotion. It's cheap, smells nice, and makes my skin soft without causing rashes/break outs like some other brands.
It's a good consistency, not too thick or runny which makes it perfect for everyday use.
Available in most major pharmacies and supermarkets which is a bonus and one pump bottle can last for ages.
Inexpensive and smells great.

Very good quality.
This brand of lotion has a good reputation for being not only affordable, but for working well on the skin. It is
presented in a nice bottle with clear attractive labelling and is always very nicely scented.
St Ives products are extremely affordable in my opinion. I've been a huge fan of their apricot scrub for years as I have quite oily skin and for that reason have been more than happy to try some of their other products. Their moisturisers work well and tend to have a range of nice smelling scents. I recommend this product to anyone.
