Khi PS4 và Xbox One cùng ra mắt vào năm 2013, không một ai dám nghĩ đến việc các hãng sẽ tạo ra những thay đổi lớn tới mức cả thị trường cũng bị đảo lộn như trường hợp của PS4 Pro và Project Scorpio sắp ra mắt. Nói một cách đơn giản, hai cỗ máy này với những nâng cấp phần cứng lớn đủ sức thay đổi hoàn toàn thị trường console gia đình, vốn đang có dấu hiệu nguội lạnh khi rất nhiều người quyết trở về với "đội PC". Thế nhưng Scorpio thì chưa được giới thiệu một cách tử tế, còn Xbox One S thì cuối năm nay đã ra mắt cùng lúc với PS4 Pro rồi.
Và nếu bạn còn đang lăn tăn vì không biết nên chọn cỗ máy nào, thì câu trả lời của chúng tôi là PS4 Pro. Cỗ máy sắp ra mắt dự kiến sẽ có giá ngang bằng với PS4 khi mới bán ra tại thị trường Việt Nam. Vì sao lại như vậy? Hãy tiếp tục đọc những lý do được chúng tôi liệt kê ra ngay dưới đây:
Phần cứng khỏe hơn
Ở thị trường nước ngoài PS4 Pro đắt hơn Xbox One S 100 USD, Hai cỗ máy có giá lần lượt là 399 và 299 USD. Nhưng xét về sức mạnh, PS4 Pro mạnh hơn Xbox One S gấp 3 lần. Chơi game 4K
Xét về mặt thực tiễn thì ở Việt Nam số lượng những game thủ sở hữu màn hình 4K cỡ lớn đắt tiền để chơi game không nhiều, nhưng dù sao đây cũng là một trong số những "mánh marketing" mà Sony đưa ra để giới thiệu PS4 Pro. Ngay cả những cỗ máy tính mạnh nhất với GTX 1080 cũng chẳng thể cân nổi game 4K với thiết lập đồ họa ultra mượt mà ở tốc độ 60 FPS.
Còn PS4 Pro, chắc chắn phần cứng của Sony cũng không thể sánh được với những cỗ máy PC hàng chục, thậm chí hàng trăm triệu Đồng, nhưng ít nhất nó cũng sẽ đem lại cho game thủ những trải nghiệm ấn tượng. Game có mượt mà và tối ưu hay không, thì đó lại là việc của những hãng game, chứ không phải của chúng ta, vì thế game thủ cũng sẽ bớt lo khi chỉ cần nhét đĩa vào máy và PS4 Pro sẽ làm nốt những công việc còn lại.
PlayStation VR
PlayStation VR là một chiếc kính thực tế ảo được phát triển sánh đôi cùng PlayStation 4, cho phép bạn hoàn toàn sống trọn trong thế giới ảo 360 độ. Khi đeo chiếc kính thực tế ảo này vào, mỗi cử chỉ, chuyển động của bạn đều được ghi nhận một cách chính xác, và nhân vật của bạn trong thế giới game cũng sẽ di chuyển một cách đầy tự nhiên. Game độc quyền của PS4 vẫn hay hơn

PS4 đông người chơi hơn
Đây là điều không cần phải bàn cãi. Tính đến thời điểm ngày 22/11 vừa qua tức 2 năm sau ngày ra mắt chính thức trên toàn thế giới, doanh số của hệ máy chơi game PS4 đã cán mốc 30 triệu bản - thông tin rất ấn tượng mới được Sony công bố ngày hôm nay.
Trong khi đó ở phía bên kia chiến tuyến, Microsoft vẫn chưa vượt qua được mốc 20 triệu mặc dù có thời điểm ra mắt cùng với PS4 vào tháng 11/2013. Thực tế kể từ lần công bố doanh số cuối cùng vào thời điểm tháng 11/2014 với 10 triệu máy, chúng ta vẫn chưa biết chính xác số máy Xbox One cụ thể đã được bán ra thị trường là bao nhiêu, thậm chí gần đây ông Phil Spencer - đại diện cao cấp của Microsoft còn thừa nhận rằng mục tiêu của họ giờ đây không phải là bắt kịp Sony nữa bởi điều đó là gần như không thể.
