Counting on the neophytes who decided to get acquainted with a qualitative sound the set for the home theater consisting of 5.0-channel acoustics of Attitude Echo and an AV receiver of Pioneer VSX-329 is calculated.

Certainly, at so low price it is reasonable to expect all compromises, and this is true, however in general the system turned out surprisingly quite good. The five-channel receiver is successfully combined with five-channel acoustics both on design, and according to characteristics. Moreover, our subwoofer of B&W ASW CDM which we used at assessment of multichannel sounding also fitted into system without problems. Frontal fazoinvertorny columns support inch twitter and couple SCh/NCh-dinamikov with a diameter of 6,5 inches. The ASSORTED central channel and rear 4-inch SCh-radiators and twitters of 3/4 inches in size are applied.

The receiver is able to decode audiostreams of high resolution of the main formats, is ready to work with 3D - video and passes a signal 4K. The USB port located on the forward panel allows to listen to music about iPhone/iPod and files from USB stores in the AAC/MP3/WMA formats. Also there is AM/FM tuner with the RDS function and memory on 30 radio stations.

It is a little about compromises. As well as it is peculiar to inexpensive devices, in a receiver transformation of video is not realized, i.e. the signal from an analog video input is not transmitted to a HDMI exit. It is necessary to adjust the device under acoustic characteristics of the room manually - autocalibration is not provided though it is hardly worth carrying it to serious shortcomings as this procedure - usually single. Besides, in the copy which visited at us at due consideration it was possible to notice cosmetic defects as production the EXPERT.

When using in the stereomode the set proved to be very not bad. Bach's compositions in jazz interpretation of the trio of Jacques Lusye at reproduction with Blu-ray transfer the atmosphere of live execution in the Leipzig cathedral, with rather wide sound picture and is tonalno balanced. The contrabass sounds vividly and is elastic, a grand piano - is vigorous. And it is fair for a stereo - when switching in the multichannel mode the voice-frequency balance worsens a little.

Less use of a set as a part of recreation center impressed us. Loud battle scenes (with assistance of a subwoofer) are reflected in the movie "Admiral" rather convincingly, and here during dialogues the attention is drawn not to heroes on the screen, and to the EXPERT of the central channel whom there is obviously not enough volume and loudspeakers of the bigger size.

Let's sum up the result. To "guru" in the field of Hi-Fi this set will be hardly interesting, but to those who are only going to open for themselves a qualitative sound, it can become the admission to this wonderful world.

Pluses: + good sounding in the stereosystem mode; + extremely low price for a set.

Minuses: - the EXPERT of the central channel is small; - not the highest quality of assembly of columns.

Verdict

Quite good option for the first acquaintance to a Hi-Fi-sound; if it is planned to use a set mainly as recreation center, then it is worth thinking of acquisition of a subwoofer.
