1.1. Khái niệm, phân loại ,đặc điểm nguyên vật liệu
1.1.1. Khái niệm nguyên vật liệu
Có rất nhiều khái niệm về nguyên vật liệu, nhưng nhìn chúng ta có thể hiểu
nguyên vật liệu theo các khái niệm sau đây:
- Nguyên liệu, vật liệu của doanh nghiệp là những đối tượng lao động mua
ngoài hoặc tự chế biến dùng cho mục đích sản xuất kinh doanh của doanh nghiệp để
chế tạo ra sản phẩm.Đối tượng lao động ở đây được hiểu là những vật mà lao động
của con người tác động vào nhằm biến đổi nó cho phù hợp nhu cầu của mình.
- Nguyên vật liệu là đối tượng lao động đã được thay đổi do lao động có ích
tác động vào nó. Nguyên vật liệu là đối tượng lao động nhưng không phải bất cứ một
đối tượng lao động nào cũng là nguyên vật liệu mà chỉ trong điều kiện đối tượng lao
động mà do lao động làm ra thì mới hình thành nguyên vật liệu.
- Nguyên vật liệu là một trong ba yếu tố cơ bản của quá trình sản xuất kinh
doanh giá trị nguyên vật liệu tiêu hao trong quá trình sản xuất kinh doanh tạo nên giá
trị của sản phẩm dịch vụ tuỳ thuộc vào từng loại hình doanh nghiệp.Đối với các
doanh nghiệp sản xuất thì giá trị nguyên vật liệu chiếm tỷ trọng lớn và chủ yếu trong
giá trị sản phẩm.
1.1.2. Phân loại nguyên vật liệu
Trong các Doanh nghiệp sản xuất nguyên vật liệu bao gồm rất nhiều loại,
nhiều thứ với nội dung kinh tế công dụng và tính năng lý hoá khác nhau.Để có thể
quản lý nguyên vật liệu một cách chặt chẽ và đạt hiệu quả cao đồng thời hạch toán
chi tiết nguyên vật liệu phục vụ cho kế toán quản trị cần thiết phải tiến hành phân loại
nguyên vật liệu.
Mỗi Doanh nghiệp do tính chất đặc thù trong sản xuất kinh doanh nên sử dụng
những loại vật liệu khác nhau, phân loại nguyên vật liệu là việc nghiên cứu sắp xếp
