Backup Windows PhoneThe first step recommended is to backup your phone to the cloud. There are several options you can choose to do this with software such as Dropbox, Google Drive or Microsoft’s own OneDrive. If a soft reset doesn’t fix an issue with your phone, the next step is to hard reset Windows phone.
