1. Li hay Lee Li là họ phổ biến rộng rãi nhất Trung Quốc, quốc gia đông dân nhất thế giới. Theo ước tính, có hơn 100 triệu người Trung Quốc mang họ này đồng nghĩa với gần 8% dân số Trung Quốc. Ngoài ra, họ này còn được biết đến với cái tên gọi Lee ở Hàn Quốc hay Lý ở Việt Nam bởi nhiều thế kỉ bị người Trung Quốc đô hộ. 2.
