The all-new 2023 Honda CR-V starts at $31,110 for the base EX trim and $33,760 for the EX-L model. The CR-V Hybrid starts at $32,450 for the Sport model and $38,600 for the Sport Touring trim. AWD is a $1,500 option on all by the Sport Touring trim, which has standard AWD.
There's an EV mode to force as much electric running as the car can manage, but the lithium-ion battery only has a 1kWh capacity, so stints in that mode are limited to just over a mile. It's only if you accelerate hard that the petrol engine actually couples with the wheels to directly drive the car.
