That depends on whether or not the GW controller was removed when the Fiery was installed. If the GW controller is still installed you may have to make some SP changes. The NIC and possible the USB on the GW may need to be enables, SP 5985. With some models the GW print function and GW scan function can be turned off in SP. If you have the Fiery install manual, check it. Otherwise remove the GIGAbit NIC, print the SMC defaults and look for changes.
