Match schedule below is subject to change. The tentative dates for the 2023 Pathology Fellowship Match for 2024 appointments are:
- Match Opens - February 8, 2023
- Ranking Opens - March 22, 2023
- Quota Deadlines - April 5, 2023
- Ranking Closes - April 19, 2023
- Match Day - May 3, 2023
Applications will open on December 01, 2022 at 5:00 PM (PST)
The 2024-2025 fellowship year application and matching process includes surgical fellowships in Complex Gastrointestinal Surgery, Bariatrics, Comprehensive Flexible Endoscopy, Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary (HPB), Foregut, and Advanced GI Minimally Invasive Surgery (MIS).

The 2022 Application and Matching Process includes surgical fellowships in Non-ACGME Advanced Colorectal and Thoracic surgery for the 2023-2024 fellowship year.

The application process for surgical fellowships in Non-ACGME Advanced Colorectal and Thoracic surgery is now closed. No further changes may be made to an applicant's confirmed program list.
Once you have purchased your token, register at MyERAS. Go to the MyERAS homepage. Use your token to register, log in and start working on your application. You may start submitting documents to the EFDO for processing and selecting the fellowship programs

Jul 6
Fellowship applicants may begin applying to July application cycle programs only. Programs will not have access to review application materials until July 20.
Jul 20
ERAS opens for July application cycle fellowship programs. The MyERAS application and supporting documents are made available to programs you have designated. Applications submitted on or before July 20 at 9 a.m. ET will display an application date of "July 20.” Applications submitted after July 20 at 9 a.m. ET will display the actual application date. 2023
May 31
ERAS closes, ending current ERAS season.
Jul 1
Fellowship training begins.
