@Muneon It doesn’t necessarily mean someone is good (or bad) at negotiations, but instead means that when someone is negotiating, they are very demanding, and won’t compromise.

Maybe the person making the deal (the one driving the hard bargain) may think they are a good negotiator, but the other person probably will think the opposite - that they are too demanding and uncompromising.

"Drive a hard bargain" = thương lượng giao kèo khó -> nghĩa là người đàm phán hoặc giao dịch viên khéo léo, kiên định/không khoan nhượng.
