Mục tiêu của bài viết này nhằm phân tích hiệu quả hiệu quả lợi nhuận sản xuất nông nghiệp mà cụ thể là phân tích hiệu quả lợi nhuận của hộ trồng cam sành ở Hàm Yên tỉnh Tuyên Quang bằng cách tiếp cận phương pháp hồi quy. Số liệu sơ cấp của đề tài được thu thập bằng cách phỏng vấn trực tiếp 200 nông hộ trồng cam sành theo phương pháp chọn ngẫu nhiên vào thời điểm tháng 5 năm 2022. Trong giai đoạn đầu chúng tôi sử dụng phương pháp bao dữ liệu (DEA) để tính toán hiệu quả kĩ thuật của các nông hộ trồng cam sành. Ở giai đoạn 2, để khắc phục hạn chế của phương pháp bao dữ liệu nghiên cứu sử dụng mô hình hồi quy bootstrap truncated để xác định các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến hiệu quả lợi nhuận của các hộ nói trên. Kết quả phân tích cho thấy hiệu quả lợi nhuận trung bình của các hộ sản xuất cam sành được khảo sát là 0,486, nó dao động từ 0,034 đến 1,000. Điều đó có nghĩa rằng các nông hộ có nhiều tiềm năng để cải thiện hiệu quả của lợi nhuận sản ... Vi bao là phương pháp hiệu quả giúp bảo quản các chất sinh học. Thông qua cơ chế bao gói của các polymer có nguồn gốc từ protein, polysaccharide, các hợp chất tự nhiên (polyphenol, carotenoid, …) cũng như vi sinh vật có lợi (nấm men, probiotic) giúp bảo vệ trong các điều kiện bất lợi của môi trường. Ứng dụng các hạt vi bao trong chế biến thực phẩm giúp sản phẩm kéo dài thời gian sử dụng, nâng cao khả năng kháng oxy hóa và cải thiện khả năng sống sót của probiotic. This research was conducted to describe the entrepreneurial leadership of SMEs Tofu "RDS" and description about the obstacles experienced by SMEs Tofu "RDS". This research uses descriptive qualitative research design that aims to obtain the information available at this time, and then attempt to describe, record and interpret the information. Data collection methods used were interviews, observation and documentation. This type of qualitative research is case study. The result of the research is the condition of entrepreneurial leadership from the leadership of SMEs Tofu "RDS" is generally good because he is able to motivate employees well, have a picture of the future effort, able to read opportunities well, actively seeking new ideas, persistent in running their business And barriers faced by SMEs Tofu "RDS" can be overcome well by the leadership of SMEs Tofu RDS. Preparing soft skills for students has been being a matter of great concern to both society and the education industry. Soft skills are an essential factor for the success and happiness of each individual. Many decades ago, the weakness of soft skills of Vietnamese students have been warned by educational organizations, businesses and domestic and foreign experts. Although knowledge that is considered as a necessary condition during the learning process; it is still not a sufficient condition for students who want to get a desired job. Nowadays, soft skills training activities are quite popular in almost universities and it is one of requirements for student’s graduation. However, these training activities are different in each university. In this study, from the practical experience in training soft skills of other universities, the authors recommend some basic solutions for integrating soft skills into main subjects in the specialized knowledge teaching process. Nghiên cứu này nhằm khám phá tác động của Tính vị chủng, Căng thẳng kinh tế và Đánh giá sản phẩm lên sự không sẵn lòng mua hàng hóa Trung Quốc của người tiêu dùng Việt Nam. Dựa trên những sự kiện căng thẳng kinh tế gần đây giữa Việt Nam và Trung Quốc, nghiên cứu này đánh giá lòng tự hào dân tộc của người Việt Nam và sự không sẵn lòng mua hàng hóa Trung Quốc của họ như thế nào. Dựa trên dữ liệu thu thập từ 248 khách hàng, kết quả phân tích mô hình cấu trúc tuyến tính cho thấy sự không sẵn lòng mua hàng hóa Trung Quốc của người tiêu dùng Việt Nam chịu tác động của ba yếu tố là Căng thẳng kinh tế, Tính vị chủng và Đánh giá sản phẩm. Nghiên cứu này có thể hữu ích cho các doanh nghiệp Việt Nam trong việc phát triển các chiến lược kinh doanh và tiếp thị, đặc biệt là các doanh nghiệp nhập khẩu hoặc phân phối các hàng hóa Trung Quốc tại thị trường Việt Nam. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between servant leadership with organization commitment to employees delta surya hospital sidoarjo. According to value chain analysis explained what activities made company value chain, therefore will be know value addedd activity and non value added activity. In the same way, research in value chain analysis can showing company activity. This activity can devided into primary activity and supporting activity, value added activity and non value added activity and cost trigger, therefore cost efficiency can be achieve which reducing and eliminate wate activity.
